A glue dispenser is an automated machine that specifically controls fluids and seals, drips, and coats liquids (usually referred to as AB glue) onto the surface or interior of a product.
The main glue used in the glue filling machine is AB glue, such as AB epoxy resin, silicone, polyurethane, PU, all packaged in barrels.
Some basic principles for selecting glue dispensers
1. Work efficiency and environment: fewer products, not pursuing efficiency, using manual glue guns; For outdoor work, use a glue gun. Require precise and accurate control of the measurement, and use the machine. If automated dispensing is required, use a machine with automated functions.
2. Gluing process: For ordinary gluing, semi-automatic gluing machines (such as foot control) are used, while for precise positioning and marking, desktop, three-axis, circle drawing and other automated gluing machines are used. The automation function of the dispensing machine is actually an auxiliary function, and the dispensing machine plays a more important role in controlling glue. Other functions can be achieved through the use of an automated robotic arm.
3. Glue: The viscosity of the glue and the viscosity of the glue that can be applied by the glue filling machine have a certain range, usually below 5000CPS. Some adhesives have high viscosity, and ordinary machines may not be able to produce them, so different metering pumps need to be selected.
